Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly charge of any paid plan. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial charge, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to request a full refund if you meet both of the following conditions:

  1. It is the first monthly charge for a paid plan (Free does not apply as it is free).
  2. You request the refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date.

Not eligible for refund:

  • Subsequent monthly renewals after the first charge.
  • Charges corresponding to periods already elapsed outside the 14-day window.
  • Pro-rata refunds outside the window are at Seeds Analytic’s discretion and will be evaluated case by case.

2. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the start of the next billing period.
  • Your account will remain active with full access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Dodo Payments will automatically retry the charge. If retries also fail:

  • Your subscription will enter a paused state.
  • Your account will remain accessible in read-only mode during a grace period.
  • If the payment is not resolved within the grace period, access to paid features may be suspended.

We will send you email notifications in the event of payment failures.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, we ask that you first contact our support team at seeds-builder-contact@seedsanalytic.com. Most issues are resolved quickly without a formal process.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with Seeds Analytic may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is being resolved.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to seeds-builder-contact@seedsanalytic.com with the subject line “Refund request.”
  2. Include your account email address and, if available, your Dodo Payments transaction number.
  3. We will process your request within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Dodo Payments. Typical bank processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
