We collect the following types of data:
2.1 Account Data
When you register with Seeds Builder, we collect your email address and name (or username). This data is required to create and manage your Account.
2.2 Site and Content Data
When you create and publish websites through the Service, we store the content you upload: text, images, event configuration, and other materials. You retain ownership of this content.
2.3 Usage and Telemetry Data
We collect technical data about how you use the Service: pages visited, actions taken, error logs, and IP addresses. This data is used to improve the Service and for security purposes.
2.4 Payment Metadata
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Seeds Analytic receives only payment metadata (transaction status, active plan, renewal date). Seeds Analytic does not have access to full card data, which is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments under their privacy policy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: To create and manage your Account and deliver the Service you purchased.
- Legitimate interests: To improve the Service, ensure security, prevent fraud, and communicate with you on operational matters.
- Consent: For marketing communications (when you have expressly opted in). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain active sessions, store preferences, and ensure Service security. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Sub-processors and Third Parties
To deliver the Service, we share data with the following processors:

- Access: Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Restriction: Request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.

- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active and for 12 months after closure, unless applicable law requires a longer period. Telemetry data and technical logs may be retained for shorter periods based on our operational needs.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest where technically applicable. However, no system is completely secure; we recommend keeping your credentials protected.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete that information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice within the Service.
12. Governing Law and Supervisory Authority
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, including Law 1581 of 2012 and related personal-data protection regulations. The applicable supervisory authority is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
